Hi all, my name is Laura and I suffer from multiple Chronic illnesses, mental health and have been a young carer since the age of 11. I created this site to encourage my fellow spoonies, showing that no matter your circumstance you can always set goals and accomplish things you may have dreamed of doing. As I take you on my journey of self-development I hope to inspire atleast one of my fellow 'Spoonies' out there.
Peace & Positivity,
Love & Light
